Website inquiries

When you contact U3 through the website form, we collect your name and email address, plus any business name and message you choose to provide. We use the information to understand and respond to your request, prepare a proposal where requested, and keep a private record of the conversation. Sending an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing emails.

Storage and service providers

Website submissions are stored in the site database and are available through an owner-restricted inbox. Our hosting service processes information needed to operate the website and store submissions. We do not publish your inquiry or email address on public pages. Please leave out passwords, payment information, customer records, and other private details.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your inquiry information by contacting next@u3team.com. We may need to confirm that a request comes from you. Contact us there with questions about these practices.

Basic website traffic measurement

We count page loads on our public pages using our own website, not an advertising pixel or third-party analytics service. Counts are grouped by UTC day, page, a broad referring-site label (such as Facebook, Google, other, or direct/unknown), and a small fixed set of approved campaign labels. We do not store raw referring URLs, URL query strings, click IDs, IP addresses, user agents, visitor IDs, or form contents in these analytics records. Page loads are not unique people.

A small source label is kept in this tab’s session storage so the first recorded source can follow you between pages. It contains no visitor identifier. If you submit a program application, these same approved source labels may be saved with your application; your name, email, business, and answers are not copied into analytics. Older applications have no recorded source. Closing the browser tab normally ends this source session, although browser session restoration may preserve it.

Our collector honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by not recording traffic or application source labels. Analytics cannot measure every visit and source labels are not independently verified. Aggregate records older than 90 UTC days are removed when collection next runs; source labels attached to applications remain with those application records. Hosting and security services may separately process normal request information to operate and protect the site.
